How to run it

1. Stand in a circle of 7–16 people, shoulder to shoulder.
2. Everyone reaches across and takes the hand of two different people (not next to them).
3. Without letting go, the group works together to untangle into one big circle.
4. If a knot is truly stuck, allow one "break and re-join" to keep momentum.
