Mindful Breathing
A one-minute guided breathing reset to calm and re-focus a group — especially before a test or after intense work.
How to run it
- Everyone sits comfortably and closes their eyes (optional).
- Breathe in for four counts, hold for four, out for four. Repeat slowly.
- Run for about a minute, then invite eyes open and a gentle stretch.
