Mindful Breathing

A one-minute guided breathing reset to calm and re-focus a group — especially before a test or after intense work.

How to run it

  1. Everyone sits comfortably and closes their eyes (optional).
  2. Breathe in for four counts, hold for four, out for four. Repeat slowly.
  3. Run for about a minute, then invite eyes open and a gentle stretch.
