Losers become roaring fans of whoever beat them, until two finalists face a stadium of supporters.

How to run it

1. Everyone pairs up and plays one round of rock-paper-scissors.
2. The loser becomes the winner's biggest fan — following them and chanting their name.
3. Winners find new winners to play; the crowds keep merging.
4. Continue until two finalists face off in front of the whole cheering group.
